What currency is used?
All prices on our website are in USD
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide; shipping is $30 flat rate per package and delivery is 5-7 business days depending on your location with tracking number and signature confirmation.
Will I get what I see in the photo?
Yes! What you see is exactly what you will receive. All our bags come with tags, Authenticity cards, serial number and dust bag.
How soon an order will be shipped?
An order will be shipped in 2-3 business days. If an item is sold out, we email the customer to inquire if he/she wants to wait the period it takes to receive the item, if not we return the money and it will be back into your card in 2-3 business days.
What is shipping and handling fees for the products I ordered?
Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $30 worldwide and every additional item is free if in the same package.
May I pay extra for rush delivery?
We ship our products with very secure companies like UPS, EMS and Fedex depending on the country we ship. You cannot pay extra for rush delivery.
What if I don’t have a credit card?
Besides Visa and Master card, we accept bank wire or Western Union transfer.
Do you offer wholesale?
No, we do not offer wholesale as our products are already at wholesale price for the quality we sell.
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you do not like the bag, you can email us with the problem and you can return it via courier for a refund with a tracking number sent to us. Please refer to the "shipping and returns" page for more information.
